Import / export licences for military materials and equipment to be transported to / from IDEB 2010:
In compliance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic governing the control of export of weapons, ammunition and military materials and equipment, Incheba EXPO Bratislava, the organizer of IDEB 2010, kindly requests you to forward the specifications of the exhibits and military materials that you will display at the IDEB defence fair (see attachments hereinunder) no later than by February 28, 2010.
This request aims to alleviate the possible inconveniences to exhibitors that may arise when the legal regulations governing trade in weapons, ammunition and military materials and equipment are legally enforced.
Upon reception of the exhibitor’s specifications of the weapons, ammunition and military materials and equipment to be displayed, the organizer will make all the necessary arrangements for import/export licences to be issued on behalf of the exhibitor.
Provided that the exhibitor – applicant wishes to import several items – exhibits, military materials, the exhibitor shall be obliged to list the second and all the other items in Table
A) Specifications Attachment under Attachment No. 1 Military Materials.

B) Specifications Attachment under Attachment No. 2 Weapons & Ammunition.
*) The term ‘weapons and ammunition’ shall be construed as all weapons and ammunition which are not, in view of their characteristic technical and design properties, specially intended for armed forces in providing for national defence and security.
